t had been 6 months since my last
holiday/break!
I marched myself straight over to the calendar and marked myself down for 6 days off starting this Thursday! I’ve packed my bag for a little R and R up in Byron Bay. A place I used to call home and where my heart feels lighter.
Pop into the shop and say hi to my effervescent naturopath Vanessa. You don’t know the definition of bubbly until you have met this woman! She’ll take good care of you.
I love being a naturopath. But I love being Emma more :)

Things I LOVED This Week:
1. Hanging out my sheets to dry over 4 chairs in my sunny courtyard this morning. Then grabbing all the pillows in the house, a pot of thyme tea and a book and camping under there for a couple of hours.
2. My new pimping hot pink watering can.

Discovering plentiful amounts of organic produce at my local Coles: beetroot,
ginger, broccoli, mushies, frozen berries, eggs, kalamata olives! Also impressed
with the organic-ness at Happy Frog, the Thurs Growers Markets and the Jetty
IGA. High five Coffs!
4. Starting a 6 week Hatha yoga course last Wednesday night.
5. That moment that occurs around 2pm every day when the last cd on the 6 stack stereo finishes playing and the lunch rush dies down. And I work for a while just in cleansing silence.
Have you noticed the effect the smell of Spring is having on people’s moods? Loving it!
