Every now and then we need to make "sensible decisions". Like going to uni while all your friends are travelling or choosing salad on the side rather than chips. Or in my case, owning a business rather than lying on the beach in Byron Bay. When you take the road less travelled, it always pays off in the end. There's no shortcut to anywhere worth going...My parents gave birth to the shop five years ago after a string of successful businesses. Their need for retirement and my completion of uni made for an exciting opportunity that I just had to grab. They are off to Italy as I am arriving at the address of Shop 24 Boulevard Arcade, Coffs Harbour. So here begins my Essential Health journey.
